Why Choose LifeRedesign?
You wouldn't be here if you weren't considering coaching as an option, and the most important factor that you need to consider when looking at potential coaches is finding the right coach for you.
It likely that you have already discovered that there are hundreds of coaches offering their services across the internet, and they all have a unique character and skill-sets to offer. With impressive websites, long lists of achievements and awards and maybe a few TV appearances or books under their belt to add to their CV.
The thing is though - a successful coaching relationship must primarily be based on the connection between you and your coach.
With LifeRedesign, you won't find any TV appearances. I haven't yet written any books and I am not the recipient of any awards. But I do offer a reliable, friendly, approachable, focussed and result-driven coaching service that I am very proud of.
I offer a free consultation session to allow people to meet me, to talk to me, to get a feel for who I am and whether they feel I can help them. This also allows me to get to know you, and make sure that I feel wholeheartedly that I can support you in the achievement of your goals.
A Bit About Me
People often ask me what it was that made me decide to become a Coach. My answer is straightforward – I love to work with people and watch them reach their full potential.
Nothing is more satisfying than observing the journey that my clients take, the joy that comes from noticing the small and consistent changes that each person makes and eventually seeing their confidence increase and the achievement of their goals.
It’s all about passion
I am passionate about coaching and the benefits it can bring. The variety of people that I get to talk to, the issues that I get to talk about and the progress and success that I get to witness are things that I place a great deal of value upon.
It is absolutely impossible for me to imagine doing anything else now – I cannot think of a single alternative that would bring such a high degree of job satisfaction. But I haven’t always been a coach.
How did I get into coaching?
I spent over 20 years working in a corporate role, ultimately reaching senior management and responsible for several large teams. But my health deteriorated and I was unable to continue.
Diagnosed with Chronic Pain Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, it became very clear that I needed to find a way to be able to continue the elements of my professional career that I loved and thrived on, in a way that my health could accommodate.
Coaching offered that opportunity and I grabbed it with both hands.
What makes me a good coach?
Honestly, I believe that I am a great coach because I have lived, I have learned and I have listened.
I have hit rock bottom, been through divorce, shared care of my child, lost myself in illness, medication and weight gain. I have watched as my self esteem packed its bags and shuffled away. And I have clawed my way back to the woman I wanted to be – slowly but consistently, I have rebuilt myself and rediscovered my confidence and purpose.
And this process led me to a place where it was clear to me that I wanted to channel all of my training and personal difficulty and eventual improvement into something that could help others to reach their own potential.
I believe that with the right support and a strong sense of determination, it is possible for each and everyone of us to achieve our potential. Often, seeking a large-scale improvement feels impossible when faced alone, but with support and understanding, anything is possible.

My only TV appearances to date are a headshot in the crowd of an England Hockey game back in the early 1990's and a brief appearance on the BBC Evening News, placing flowers at the gates of Kensington Palace in 1997...
...but I am a great coach.
