Since 2017, I have specialised in helping people manage their mindset. Years of study and personal experience have taught me that how we think affects how we feel, and how very destructive our thoughts can be if we let them run free. My passion is to support you in achieving a sense of mental calm. With the growing uncertainty we are all facing, the need to support mental clarity and calm is more important than ever.

The coaching I offer is done by video call. So all you need to do is find somewhere quiet and comfortable, and you're all set.

The 90 Minute Mental Reset has been developed to help with mental resilience in the face of COVID-19. The benefit of several coaching sessions squeezed into one session, making it possible for you to arm yourself with the knowledge, understanding and techniques required to navigate the coming weeks/months.

- The importance of present moment awareness

Every session will be followed by an email, detailing our discussion. And you'll be given tools and techniques that you can use throughout your life.
