Welcome to LifeRedesign. I’m Abi Hodgson, a Personal Achievement Coach and Mentor and I have helped countless people to overcome their personal barriers and achieve their ambitions in whatever form they take.
It is my firm belief that with the right support and a strong sense of determination, it is possible for each and every one of us to achieve our potential. Often, seeking a large scale improvement feels impossible when faced alone, but with support, understanding and encouragement, anything is possible.
All of my coaching is delivered by phone and online by Zoom, Skype and FaceTime, allowing me to work with clients from all over the UK and beyond.
I know from both personal and professional experience that receiving coaching in a location where you feel safe, secure and comfortable offers a a huge opportunity for success and of course, you don’t need to worry about getting time off work or finding a parking space!
My approach is relaxed. I bring humour, compassion and inspiration but most all, you will find me ready to listen, ready to ask questions and ready to get you to wherever it is that you want to be in your life.

What Does Coaching Involve?
Coaching is a conversation
It will be a focussed conversation, and you will do most of the talking. The conversation will be confidential, encouraging, supportive and challenging.
I will listen
I will ask questions. I will nudge you in the right direction but you will be in control. I will try and make you think about your situation. I will encourage you to identify your goals and I will help you move towards your goals.
You might get a bit emotional
You might feel some anger or frustration as you work things through - but that's all okay. You may equally feel elated and empowered, ready to take on the world and smash your ambitions - that's what we are aiming for after all!
You may only need to talk to me once or you may need to talk to me many times.
You are in the driving seat. You can talk through your plans, you can bounce ideas off me, voice your concerns and worries, celebrate your achievements. And I'm there for you Like an old friend, you can keep coming back to me, when you need a boost, a helping hand to move past another bump in the road to your vision of success.
And that's it

How Does the Service Work?
All of the support I provide is delivered by phone or online via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom (whatever your preference is). You simply book online, I send you the joining instructions based on your preferred method of meeting and at the appointed time, you settle down somewhere comfortable and quiet, with a cup of coffee and a note pad (both optional) and I'll call you.
Sessions last 60 minutes and following each one, you will receive an email, detailing what we discussed, the actions we agreed and anything else that came up - maybe a book or website recommendation, a nice recipe to support your diet!
If you book a free 30 minute consultation session the arrangements are exactly the same, the only difference being that following our discussion, if you decide that you do not wish to work with me, all of the notes that I take during our session will be securely destroyed after 30 days have passed. You will receive no further contact from me. That's a promise.
